Empirical evaluation on real estate investiment applied to a familiar building.

The objective of this work is to evaluate a methodology of expedite analysis of economic-financial viability for real estate investment, since some companies still adopt the taking of decisions based on intuition, without a criterions data analysis based on previously acquired data.A Baking Sheet small business company was used as case study, in the city of Fortaleza - CE.As a result of this research, it was evidenced the effectiveness of this model in the situation of solving initial problems or the ones that occur during the process of development of the project, leading the investor to Dad caps give continuity or to abandon the study of the enterprise.
